SoloOS is a product of Sa Roan Holdings LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit mysoloos.com, sign up for our email list, or purchase our products — and how we use it.

What We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Email sign-ups: When you subscribe to our list, we collect your first name and email address through Kit (formerly ConvertKit). We use this to send you the freebies you requested and occasional updates about SoloOS products. You can unsubscribe any time — every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
• Purchases: When you buy a product, the transaction is processed entirely through Gumroad. We do not collect or store your payment information. Gumroad's privacy policy applies to the checkout process.

How We Use It

We use your email address to:

• Deliver the free resources you signed up for
• Send updates about new SoloOS products and tools
• Occasionally share content we think is useful for solo business owners

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party tools to run this site:

• Kit (ConvertKit) — email list management. Kit's privacy policy
• Gumroad — payment processing and product delivery. Gumroad's privacy policy
• Google Fonts — typography (loaded from Google's servers)

Cookies

We don't run advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. Third-party services like Gumroad may set their own cookies when you interact with their checkout.

Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If you'd like to request deletion of your data from our email list, email us at hello@mysoloos.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
